MAK Space was born from two friends with a shared passion for handmade, nature-grown art and a vision to eventually create a safe, inclusive space where others can MAK(e) alongside them.
Kass, the ceramicist, is based in Los Angeles and has been working with clay for over two years. She's continually learning and experimenting with new techniques while managing MAK Space's social presence at @m.a.kspace and sharing her ceramic work at @cerami.kass.
Mona, the greenskeeper, brings over 15 years of plant expertise from her base in Redwood City. With her seasoned green thumb, she nurtures plants back to health and prepares them for new homes throughout California.
